This policy covers schylermanning.com and the Schyler's Assistant text messages described on the SMS terms page. Both are run by Schyler Manning, an individual.
Website
- Contact form. If you send a message through the contact form, your name, email, and message are delivered to Schyler through Formspree and used only to reply to you.
- Analytics. The site may use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects anonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to understand traffic. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
Text messages
- We collect your mobile number, your opt-in (date and method), and the messages exchanged, only to send the reminders and alerts you agreed to and to honor STOP and HELP requests.
- Messages are sent through Twilio, which processes your number and message content to deliver them.
- Mobile numbers, opt-in data, and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Your number is then excluded from all future messages.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, use the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
