- Led front-end architecture strategy, component libraries, design systems, and engineering standards across teams; led and mentored principal and staff engineers.
- Architected and supported a new customer journey orchestration platform spanning acquisition, authentication, medical intake, and Labs across six categories. Enabled 50+ marketing experiments without engineering support, contributing to approximately $15M in revenue through rapid iteration and conversion optimization.
- Led adoption of Contentful as the unified headless CMS for new Hims and Hers pages and campaigns. Supported self-service page building so category and marketing managers could launch without engineering dependencies, reducing time to market.
- Architected and shipped a microfrontend delivery strategy across marketing pages, decomposing monolithic codebases to improve team autonomy and achieving average Largest Contentful Paint below one second with measurable Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Established domain-driven design patterns for Next.js and React microfrontends, with Nest.js gateways and bounded contexts supporting service isolation and independent deployment.
- Created and ran technical initiative proposal, RFC, and architecture review processes to align engineering, design, and product teams. Set up Backstage and drove adoption for the internal developer portal and documentation.
